Crashes when authenticating

Previous versions of the app let me sign in and buy tickets. Pretty great! The March 2016 version crashes every time I try to authenticate. NJ Transits developers, do you use version control? How have you not reverted to a working commit?

Fine once reinstalled

The app even remembered my account information, after I had entered my user ID and password. But it was a needless PITA.

Crash upon sign in (Horrible update)

I cant even use the app, because in order to buy tickets, you must have an account (which I do) but the app will crash every time you try to sign in. The whole purpose was to make buying and keeping track of your tickets easier, but without being able to use that function, its pointless.

UNREAL...cant log in, crashes like everyone says

This is an atrocity....njtransit needs to boot out the old times fools from the app developers board and get some young blood creating some great UIs and functionality. I was perfect fine with the previous abysmal of the app. I bought my ticket and showed it perfect. This is now messing me up royally.

Crashes, doesnt let you sign in, doesnt let you access saved favorite routes. This app wasnt great but it used to work enough to get by. Now it just doesnt work.

The developers have a lot of work to do

This app is super buggy. Some days the app just crashes, or tells you to uninstall it and reinstall it, other days it works okay. The app has potential but its super important to fix these issues since people are trying to load tickets at the last minute.

This app stinks

This app removed itself from my phone and wont re-download. How am I supposed to get my bus monthly pass?

Was amazing until it stopped working...

App closes when attempting to log in. Used to be very convenient. I noticed that it stopped working in early March 2016.

PLEASE FIX THE APP

I use this app all the time on my way to and from school. But since the new update, I have not been able to access it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it so many times but it just opens up to a black screen! Please fix it!

Horrible and not improving

Its been quite a while since this app was developed, and I have yet to see improvements. In fact, with the latest update, most users must delete the app and reinstall in order to prevent crashing at sign in. Aside from that, the interface has not improved either. For example, search functions are inconsistent. Newark airport in one part of the app is called NWK INTL. If you type anything else, you will not get the airport as a result. NWK? Where is the airport ever called NWK? The proper code is EWR, but if you type EWR, or Newark, or airport, the search comes up blank. Another is SECAUCUS. Type SECAUCUS, and your search turns up empty. You must type Frank or Lautenberg. Really? Would a tourist know this? No common sense.

Slow app

The app was crashing for me (similar to other users) and I re-downloaded it. Seems to work now but its always slow and the men taking the tickets get annoyed. One loudly berated me for the ticket not loading fast enough. NJ transit needs to tell its employees that they cant YELL at customers due to their apps slow performance! I love the convenience of not having to buy a ticket but its a hit or miss situation sometimes.

It seem to be improved

The app does not freeze but the bus times are a bit unreliable but its okay also wish I can have more than five favorite stops

Still Crashing

They need to fix this issue ASAP. Was a reliable app until it started crashing every time I tried to log in. Lack of communication between NJ transit and conductors is lacking on this issue. Not all conductors are patient and understanding.

Delete and Reinstall

The App works but the update doesnt. Delete app and reinstall to start using again.

Crashes

I have the latest version of iOS and this crashes as soon as you try to log in. Missed a train yesterday having to use the kiosk because I was planning on using this app

This app crashes upon sign in

When I click sign in, the app crashes. This is so frustrating. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

App crashes whenever you attempt to purchase/use a ticket. Do not depend on this app to ride your train/bus.
