The app was crashing for me (similar to other users) and I re-downloaded it. Seems to work now but its always slow and the men taking the tickets get annoyed. One loudly berated me for the ticket not loading fast enough. NJ transit needs to tell its employees that they cant YELL at customers due to their apps slow performance!
I love the convenience of not having to buy a ticket but its a hit or miss situation sometimes.
