The worst service in Jersey is that they are so angry that they work for free, buses are rarely often visited, even if there are no traffic jams. There are no traffic jams in Europe. it's a service as if it is a service for passengers. I wish them an obvious bankruptcy. and let the best carrier come to this market

Crashes when paying with PayPal

App crashes whenever I attempt to pay with PayPal. Also, no explanation of what it means to "activate" a ticket just purchased. No FAQ.

Horrible with PayPal.

This Web app doesnt even work with the PayPal app at all. Forces my PayPal app to NOT accept my account password. LOL! Only NJ Transit could make a mistake like that! So, if NJ Transit app doesnt work with PayPal payments, theres no way Im putting my credit card info in there! NJ Transit, hire PROFESSIONAL app developers. Stop using your nephews to practice their coding "skills." D E L E T E D . . .

Pointless

This a horrible and incomplete app it was a great idea , but bad outcome .Back to the drawing board Nj Transit !!!

The Schedule Needs WORK!

I cannot understand why the schedules still show trains that have already departed. I missed the train I intended to take partly for that reason.

Very nice and convenient

I go from Princeton Junction to NYC a couple of times a month: the app makes that a smooth and easy process. They scheduled are a nice bonus. The activation/expiration is a great workaround to the cumbersome scanning process AMTRAK uses, (or used I havent bother for a while.) the conductor glances st the screen, sees its an active animation and punches the seat tag. Easy and fast.

Stuck updating on my phone

Horrible app. Its stuck "updating" on my phone for months. Cannot delete it because of this. Not easy or use or read bus schedules. What a disgrace of a mass transit app. Take a lesson from the NY waterways. Theres an app that functions.

Crap compared to prev version

They had a good usable app embarknj before. Used to work well for all commuters. But no, njtransit had to replace it this new one, 10x difficult, does not work half the time, and not particularly useful. Guess some IT shop persuaded someone to do this, ha.

Junk

Three times in a row I have tried to use this app to no avail. It wont recognize my PayPal account and rejects my credit cards claiming that the expiration dates are incorrect, when I know they are not. They should be embarrassed of how crummy this app is. Thumbs down zero stars walk of shame.

Ok

For some reason, my app freezes 10 min before until 10 min after each hour. I cant look at departure vision or schedules. Of course, Im always trying to catch a train around the top of each hour. It doesnt matter if Im on wifi or not- every day, it freezes.

Terrible, typical app of monopolistic gov entity

The app freezes every 2 clicks, the favorite stops are not saved, takes forever to load the ticket, and yes the NJT service is deplorable. Worst app I ever downloaded. I cant believe they actually paid somebody to develop such a low quality app.

Dont waste your time with this app. The PayPal integration doesnt work. I tried to submit feedback for an issue I had and the feedback form wouldnt submit. The whole experience is difficult to navigate. Its about what one would expect from a state transportation org but this is particularly bad.

Not worth it

Had to delete and re-download app TWICE!!!! Im searching for a better it. Very frustrating.

Piece of junk

It doesnt support PayPal. It wont let you log in PayPal in the app. Piece of junk. Poor design.

This app has issues

There is an array of problems with this app. While it is good for my monthly pass and purchasing single rides on the go, it is frozen nearly every time I open it. Sometimes simply closing and reopening the app a bunch of times helps, sometimes I have to delete the app, redownload it, and enter all my information again. And if it does work, my favorites have likely disappeared.

Unable to Access (or Create New) Account

The app did not recognize the username (or email address) from the website account. When trying to register a new account, Im told my device is registered to an existing account.

This same thing happened to me twice. I had to register it with 3 different emails. Every time I would try to access my account they would say they can't locate my account

Terrible

The app forces the brightness to maximum upon opening it. Many times the app is unresponsive to touch on iPhone 7 and I have to uninstall/reinstall. Its unfortunate I have to use this app daily.

Alerts

You better hope nothing happens on your transit line. This app provides no alerts to issues that may affect you reaching your destination due to train delays or track issues.

Convenient, but...

in desperate need of an overhaul. Obviously hasnt been updated since iPhone 4.
