I usually carry two phones during the week, a personal iPhone7 and a work iPhone6s.
Depending on if the battery is low, I may use the alternate phone to bring up my ticket.
I go through the procedure of deleting the NJtransit app and reinstalling. Sometimes it works but lately it seems like my inactive tickets are stuck on my 6s.
Please fix this issue. @ridetheferry lets me store my tickets in cloud and pull them up on either phone no problem.
